Thank you for playing Neon Sweeper ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App. Your privacy matters to us, and we've designed Neon Sweeper to collect as little information as possible.
By downloading, installing, or using Neon Sweeper, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
01 Information We Collect
Neon Sweeper is an offline puzzle game. We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to play.
Information You Provide. We do not collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) through the App.
Automatically Collected Information. The App stores certain game settings and preferences locally on your device only, including:
- Selected difficulty level (Easy, Medium, Hard, or Custom)
- Custom mine count preference
- Sound effects (SFX) on/off setting
- Music on/off setting
This data is stored using local device storage (AsyncStorage) and is never transmitted to us or to any third party. It remains on your device and is used solely to remember your preferences between play sessions. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete this data.
Data We Do Not Collect. Neon Sweeper does not collect, store, or transmit: personal identification information, location data, contacts, photos or media files, device identifiers used for tracking, usage analytics or behavioral data, or advertising identifiers.
02 Permissions Used by the App
Neon Sweeper may request the following device permission:
- Vibration/Haptics: used to provide tactile feedback when digging cells, flagging mines, winning, or losing. This permission does not involve data collection.
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage of personal files, or any other sensitive device permission.
03 Third-Party Services
Neon Sweeper does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs at this time. If this changes in a future update, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and the update will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
04 Children's Privacy
Neon Sweeper does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). Since the App does not collect personal information from any user, it may be used by players of all ages in accordance with applicable app store content ratings.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information below so we can address the matter, though as noted, the App is not designed to collect such information in the first place.
05 Data Security
Because Neon Sweeper does not collect or transmit personal data to external servers, there is no personal data at risk of being exposed through our systems. Locally stored preferences remain on your device and are subject to the security protections provided by your device's operating system.
06 Data Retention and Deletion
All game settings are stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by:
- Clearing the App's local storage/cache through your device settings, or
- Uninstalling the App
Since we do not collect or store your data on our servers, there is no additional data for us to delete on your behalf.
07 Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under regulations such as the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights regarding personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Because Neon Sweeper does not collect personal data, these rights are generally not applicable to your use of the App. If you have questions about how local device data is handled, please refer to Section 6 above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's functionality or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
Continued use of the App after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
